Our house is located in Tomaszkowo by the Świętajno (Naterskie) Lake, 8 km from Olsztyn, 500 m from Mazury Golf&Country Club golf course. The house with an area of 220 m2 with a 100 m2 terrace overlooking the lake and an outdoor barbecue, is situated on a fenced plot of 2,400 m2. On the ground floor there is a fully glazed living room with a fireplace with an exit to the terrace, a kitchen with a dining area, a toilet, a garage and a carport. On the first floor at guest’s disposal there are four bedrooms, including one with a freestanding bath overlooking the lake, two bathrooms and a laundry room.
